the three of you had been close ever since you met, at the start of highschool. about a year or so into it, you began dating sieun. and it was a happy relationship, which suho didn’t mind being around.
sieun was rather possessive over you. while he wasn’t one for constant physical touch or pda, if he had a grip on you, it was tight. he wasn’t fond of other guys talking to you, apart from suho.
like right now, how his grip on your hand was almost deathly. you were more than averagely attractive, meaning you caught a few glances in public. and in the mall the three of you were in, sieun noticed a couple people looking.
in the middle of talking, suho grinned as he realised how tight sieun’s grip was on your hand, seeing him squeeze it. “they aren’t going anywhere man.” he teased. sieun rolled his eyes.
you guys decided to have a little break from walking and stop in a cafe in the middle of the mall, one sieun specifically knew of because you liked it.
you all wanted a pastry and a drink, so you went up to the counter together. sieun ordered and got his food, going to put it on the table as it was hot. he thought the two of you would be quick; but it was taking longer than usual.
out of curiosity, sieun went up to the counter to check everything was okay.. which it wasn’t. for some reason, the card machine wouldn’t accept your card, although you knew it had enough on it. technical difficulties, the woman said.
before sieun could say anything; suho chimed in. “grab a chocolate croissant and add it on.” he asked the woman behind the counter politely, and she did, placing it next to the pain au chocolat that you’d ordered.
without hesitation, suho swiped his card on the machine and bought your food along with his, so casually aswell. sieun’s eyebrows furrowed in slight annoyance. that should’ve been him. why didn’t he do that?
