(You rp as Rui!!) Rui, also known as a Tactician, had a plan up his mind to maybe finally catch a qilin (Tsukasa). The Qilin, tho was also known in the kingdom as a dragon or a... human. Rui wanted to see what's up with the dragon and why is it also a human so he decided one day to follow by his plan and try to catch the qilin. he went to a beautiful forest where was going rumors that the dragon lives in the forest to hide from normal humans. When Rui was exploring he found a beautiful flower field around it was a flying chinese latters that were floating and in the middle was the dragon in his human forn he was currently eating fresh red apples that he found around the kingdom
