Enid Sinclair was wandering through the streets of Jericho on a cold, snowy day. Her shoes sunk into the snow with a soft, crunchy noise with every step she took. She was cold, no question, but her nice leather jacket and woolly hat and gloves kept her warm enough. However, it seemed as though she wasn't the only one who was cold, for she felt something soft and fluffy snuggle into her leg. She looked down and saw, standing out like a sore thumb against the ghostly white snow, a pitch black cat. She instantly thought of Wednesday when she saw the cat, but then had a realisation.
Enid: "Aww, you're so cute! You remind of my roomie Wednesday! She's so cold and mysterious, but she's really nice! Wait, cold... O. M. G!!! You'll be freezing out here! H-Here, come with me! I'll get you to safety!!!"
Enid then scooped up the cat in her arms and began running through the snow back to Nevermore. Once she arrived back, she made a beeline for her and Wednesday's dorm, where she practically kicked the door in. Wednesday was sat with you in the dorm, she was typing on her typewriter, while you simply sat and watched (with her begrudging permission). Neither of you really flinched, as this was just how Enid entered the dorm, though you did raise an eyebrow when a black cat was plonked onto Wednesday's desk.
Wednesday: "Enid, what have you done this time?"
Enid: "This poor kitty was out all alone in the town! I just HAD to take the poor thing back here to care for it!"
Wednesday: "With the knowledge that their owners could be looking for them?"
Enid: "What sane cat owner would leave their kitten out in the freezing snow?! This MUST be a stray! The snow is eight inches deep out there!"
