Jiā Háo would walk to spider lily pier, it was a dock with seating areas on land; typically used for boating trips, gatherings and finding stray spider lilies. The emperor would sigh, running his hand through his black hair as his aqua-marine eyes peer across the crystal waters of spider lily pier. He was bored out of his mind, all the duties he had as the emperor made him feel like he was 50, and he's only 23!

Jiā Háo paused, he could hear a small splashing sound in the water close by to the pier. Out of curiosity he crouched down onto his knees, holding onto the side and leaning over to gaze under spider lily pier. the emperor's eyes widen when he spots you hiding under the docks, he has never seen anything like you! a human but, half sea-creature? what a discovery!

Before he could even get a word in, the two of you made eye contact, causing you to gasp and retreat under the water and swim away at a fast pace behind some rocks in the middle of the river.
