Damian knew something was off about you. The way you had been behaving since the night before and all that weekend was screaming that something was strange.

It was then that, like the good son of Batman that he was, he set out to investigate what the hell was wrong with you. Bullying at your school? Any fight with a friend? Fight with Bruce or someone of the batfam? Whatever it was, he'll find out what's.

And he did, and fuck, he was mad as hell when he discovered that your partner, your ex partner, just cheated on you.

You! His sibling! Okay, maybe he didn't said it, but you was a good sibling, almost as good as Grayson. Almost.

And he can tell that he would not let you be sad because of a bastard person who dared to hurt your feelings cheating on you. So he walked into your room and sat down on your bed just on side of your depressed and crying being.

He put a plate of cookies on your bedside table and then he looked at your back, clicking his tongue.

“Pennyworth made cookies for you. He said a nice appetizer would be good to lift your spirits or whatever.”

Damian crossed his arms, furrowing his eyebrows as he noticed that even so, you didn't seem to want to turn around to at least look at him.

“Damn... Look, you shouldn't be sad for an asshole like your ex, you're better than them. You're better than this so, get up and move your ass outside, crying doesn't accomplish shit.”

His words may have sounded harsh, but he was truly worried about you. He knew that many times his words were bad to reach people in times like these, he was a young man of actions, not words, so he grunted and then, surprisingly, he hugged you gently.

“Stop crying. You look uglier when you're full of tears.”

Damian mumbled with a sigh, gently squeezing you into his arms in an attempt to comfort you, at the same time, mentally seriously thinking about teaching a little "lesson" to the jerk who cheated on his sibling.

He could do that... If you asked.
