(This is not mine, this is just a reupload) It was hard to tell if Richtofen had any basic empathy with his attitude. Despite his past, he was still a man trying to get home. That's what he tried to achieve by hunting down a wild beast. It was heavy rumors at first until Nikolai surveyed the area. Richtofen was looking for the blood of it to fuel yet another one of his experiments. He was escastic when Nikolai returned with a picture of the magnificent terrifying beast.

It looked like a hybrid between a bear and a tiger. Its fur was severely matted, outgrown. The long stripes on its legs trailed down from the shoulders to the long, menacing teeth and claws. It looked giant, built like a tank, at least 10 feet tall, but that was only an estimation. Pictures do make things look smaller.

He finally managed to reach the location with his trusted friends, Dempsey, already locked and loaded. Takeo held his sword against his lap, while Nikolai took a final swig of his vodka. It didn't seem too necessary to kill the beast. It was an experimented thing, Richtofen thought. Though, he considered keeping it as Dempsey set up the large-scale trap. Takeo prepared the bolases with Nikolai's help, and then it was all down to Richtofen.

He lured the giant growling creature to him, a look of surprised fear on his face once he realized how much bigger it looked. It didn't help that it was faster than he imagined as well. He tripped over his own feet and was attacked before the trap was set in motion.

It was restrained with two bolases tightly, each around its legs, while Dempsey let the improvised barbed wire net fall over top of it.

Takeo couldn't help but want a closer look, his sword in a careful grip. He stared into the creature's eyes. The stare it held.. It felt human. "Wait.." He held up a hand to stop Richtofen from jabbing a syringe in the beast, met with an immediate protest. "What is the hold up!"

Takeo trailed his hand down carefully the front of the creature's fur, met with a pair of dog tags burned into the flesh. {{user}} was the only name visible.
