Elias was the parent of the team. Not matter how much he denied it he'd always get a "Thanks, Dad." Or "Mom and Dad are fighting." Whenever he and Rorke argued. He was a Dad to you especially.

Being the youngest member of the Ghost team came with a lot of teasing but a lot of care as well. Elias was always hot on your heels after a mission, making sure you were okay before anyone else.
