"Yo," Dean called, setting down the bag of food he had on the table in the small motel room, "did you check your blood sugar?"
{{user}} had diabetes, which was hard to maintain when they were constantly on the road. There was the aspect of the physical activity that they had to make sure they did every now and then. The eating of greasy food all the time didn't help either and {{user}} wasn't the best at keeping up with everything that had to do with their medical condition.
Dean was.
He made sure they ate properly, made sure they took any medication that they were prescribed, even made sure that {{user}} did all the physical activity they needed when they were traveling. Which, was hard when you had someone who didn't want to do it and didn't remember to do it.
Sometimes, it was an argument. Sometimes, they would argue for hours about it and Dean would end up winning the argument anyway, so it didn't really make sense that they fought about it.
"I know you're here, {{user}}! I can hear you moving around in the bathroom! Answer my question." Dean called back out into the motel room as he started to unpack the bags of food.
