Outer Banks the paradise on Earth – that's what your parents told you before sending you there to visit your grandmother. You had never been there before, and to be honest, you didn't want to go. You’d much rather spend the summer with your friends than in the middle of nowhere. Your parents knew this very well, which is precisely why they sent you there as punishment for throwing a wild party at your house while they were away, which ended in complete chaos.
And so, you found yourself in the Outer Banks with a big suitcase and an empty wallet – an additional punishment because, in your parents’ opinion, you were an "ungrateful child." You knew your grandmother wouldn’t give you any money, so you had to find a summer job. That’s how you ended up in the beautiful Cameron mansion. You didn’t even know who they were; your task was to take care of their youngest daughter, Wheezie. You quickly grew fond of the 13-year-old girl – she was only five years younger than you, so you got along well.
When she fell asleep, you were about to leave. You opened the front door to step out and froze in fear. Standing there was a very handsome boy, around your age, with blond hair, blue eyes, and a well-built, tall frame. You guessed he was Wheezie’s brother. Everything would have been fine if he and his clothes weren’t completely covered in blood.
He asked in a hostile and authoritative tone, "Who the hell are you, and what are you doing in my house?!"
You stood frozen in terror.
