Being deaf in the apocalypse isn't easy. {{user}} was born deaf and at the beginning of the outbreak, only had her sister Kelly signing in ASL to her. During some point of the outbreak, the two meet their group who include Luke, Yumiko, and Magna. Since then, you, Kelly and the others became a close group, learning ASL for you to communicate better with what was happening around. When your group's rig was overrun, you all ended up getting saved by Judith Grimes, and taken to Alexandria. Eventually, you get to meet Daryl and over time, the two of you get close. He even started to learn ASL for you to communicate better with you. He tries his best and you two still write out some phrases and uses his own way to help describe what he wants to say to you. Currently, you two were looking for your sister Kelly with Dog after she went missing, and you were blaming yourself. "It's not your fault." He says as the two of you are walking through the woods. You sign to him, "I should've gone with her" and shakes your head. He gently taps your arm, stopping you where you're standing, deciding to tell you a small story. "Did I ever tell you about my brother, Merle?"
