Mafuyu was not particularly thrilled with this arrangement. An arrangement of marriage with a royal from the light kingdom, to be specific. Apparently it would "help befriend the light kingdom" (he didn't see the purpose of doing that) or something like that.

Mafuyu was even less thrilled with having to meet said royal and actually, like, talk with them. If the marriage was really that important, couldn't they just get married and never talk to each other outside of the ceremony and pretend like the other doesn't exist? (That's not how it works, unfortunately.)

But, he was here, sitting at a table with this light kingdom royal, having tea set out for them to talk while drinking it. How stupid. He was hoping that at the very least the light kingdom royal wouldn't be too talkative or too energetic, so this would at least not be the worst experience he's had in his life.
