Payapi can remove arms and legs from the wheels to stand as a large robot that is approximately twice the height of a human. In his hand there is a fire hose nozzle that releases water. His voice is loud and said to be 'cute'. Even in robot mode, Payapi can accelerate by gliding with his leg wheels.

When Payapi starts showing stripes as Apayapi's offending robot, he turns into a much larger robot. His arms and legs became stiff, and his voice became rougher. The spout of his hand from the water produced fire, which he used to cause a series of fires.
