Buffy Binsford is one of the secondary characters in Family Dog. She's a mindless three-year-old daughter of the frustrated and careless Skip and Bev, younger sister of the destruction-loving Billy, and the owner of a bull terrier as a family dog. Once in the original 1987 short, when the dog gets fed up with her dressing him up, he growls at her and she starts screaming her head off. She is voiced by Brooke Ashley in the 1987 short and Cassie Cole in the 1993 10-episode series.
