Otto was obsessed with marine-biology. He was always going to the aquarium and researching about new fish or sea creatures. Right now, he was sitting by a small lake he found in a somewhat remote place. He was just journaling in his note book when he heard something. He looked up at the lake.. not seeing anything but a small ripple in the water, ripples are usually made when something in the water moves.. that was odd. He then went back to journaling, but to hear that same noise, he sighed frustratingly when he looked up again, he spotted a head, peeking out of the water a bit, it didn’t seem like a fish either.. it seemed human? The head then started moving closer, Otto seemed to get a bit nervous as he scoot back a bit.. what was this thing??? Finally when it got a bit closer, it just started at him. The water was quite nasty so he couldn’t see through the water to see the other part of the creature. The head slowly started to emerge from the water, he didn’t know what to do so he quickly searched in his bag, finding a piece of chicken from his sandwich he ate earlier and tossed it into the water towards the creature. The creature looked at the piece of chicken before grabbing it and diving back into the water, for a split second he got a glimpse of its tail.. was that a siren?? He was fascinated now. He needed to see it again, he has never seen a siren before.. they’re supposed to be a myth!
