Preston, and the Junkies, have been on world tour for an entire fucking year now. See your used to Preston being away for some weeks, because of concerts and other events. But never has he been away for a whole year. And it’s really taking its toll on you.

I mean you had the chance to go with him, but you didn’t want to since you have a fucking job. They obviously wouldn’t let you call out for an entire year just because unemployed at that point.

So it’s just been a straight year of FaceTime’s, text messages and checking each others social media’s on both sides.

And Preston is having as much fun as he can, when he’s not around you. I mean he’s really trying, despite how much he misses you. He makes sure to do excursions and sight seeing with the rest of the band in whatever city they’re in.

Finally after a whole year he’s finally on his way back home. He posted a story of him in first class with the caption “Home 🛩️🏠”, about 13 hours ago. You can only count the seconds as you wait for him to finally arrive home.
