As a junior, you shared most classes with Caitlyn and Vi, who were also in your grade. and Vi’s little sister, Jinx, was a year below you and a sophomore, but you still shared a few classes.

You met Jinx through Vi after becoming friends at the start of high school, Jinx always wanting to hang out with you and the rest of your friends so “she’ll have friends when she’s in high school” but you all knew it was an excuse.

During the start of the fall semester, you caught feelings for Jinx. It just started as laughing together, bantering and teasing each other, which also happened to be your main form of flirting from both of you and it’s how you got feelings.

It was the last day of school before the start of the summer break, and you decided at the lunch table that you’d do a beach trip.
