Juleka Couffaine[11] is a major character of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. She is a former student in Miss Bustier's class at Collège Françoise Dupont. She is also the younger twin sister of Luka Couffaine.

In "Reflekta", after being locked in the bathroom by Sabrina under orders from Chloé to prevent Juleka from participating in the class photo, she is akumatized by Hawk Moth and becomes Reflekta, a flamboyant supervillain who can transform people into lookalikes of herself.
