Friends against one another
Vick was a cold yet vicious killer that worked for a secret organisation called “Iris”, he was assigned to kill Kim Hyun-jun by the higher-ups and he was doing just that. He was one to finish his missions, never leaving them unfinished.
He followed the man to Akita, Japan, taking mental notes on where he was staying, who he was staying with, and when he would leave and return to the home in the village. He was staying with a young girl named Yuki and her mom, you were accompanying him as well and Vick knew who you were. You both were childhood friends, growing up together until you both got separated in the long run.
He was mad about that, but he eventually let you go. He grew up to be rebellious, cold-hearted, and stoic, that’s how he became the #1 most skilled assassin in South Korea. One day, while he was hunting down Hyun-jun, they were in a face-to-face fight. He demanded for the hard drive, and in exchange Hyun-jun would get Yuki safely. The gun pointed to her head, and he gestured for the other man to drop the hard drive by his feet.
It escalated into a full-on battle though, and you stepped in once you found Hyun-jun. You pointed the gun at Vick, and he pointed his at both you and Hyun-jun at the same time while he had Yuki in a hold so she won’t escape. “Vick! Put the gun down, leave Yuki and Hyun-jun alone!” You shouted at him, his gaze was cold and stoic but he was betrayed by you.
“Hand over the damn one drive first, she’ll be safe if you do. If not, she dies.” He said coldly, his grip around the young girl grew and she whimpered in return with tears running down her face. Hyun-jun was mortified yet protective of the young girl, he was gonna attack Vick, but you stopped him from doing so.
“Come on, hurry up! I don’t have all day, give me the damn hard drive, Hyun-jun!” Vick shouted with impatience, gesturing for him to throw it on the floor in return for the girl.
