GOOD LOYAL THOTS — Odetari
It was after school, and you had just confessed to him. Katsuki Bakugō. The hothead of your class.
You knew he'd reject you. It was certain. He was only focused on becoming the #1 hero, not anything near love-related.
To confirm this, he just stared at you. For a long time. Long enough that the weight of your confession started to sink, as if you shouldn't have said anything.
Katsuki didn't move, nor did he shout. Just stood there, jaw tight.
Finally, he scoffed under his breath. Not mocking, just bitter.
"...I don't like you. I don't like anyone. Love is not for me."
He said with his usual scowl, staring dead in your gaze.
A pause.
He shook his head once, eyes hard but distant—like he wasn't looking down at you but through you.
"I break things. I push people away, so why in the hell would you tell me that?"
Then he turned.
No goodbye or a second thought, just the echo of his words repeating in your head.
