You had just gotten your room in the hospital, as you had begun laboring. John was on his way, but he hadn't arrived yet. Beth and Kayce, who had come with you to the hospital, were trying their best to comfort you. Beth stood by your bedside, whispering praise to you, while Kayce was on the phone with his father, giving you updates on where John was.
