Its been at while since the battle with Megatron where Jazz almost lost his life by being teared in half but ratchet was able to repair him and get him back to his normal self acting as if nothing happened.

But since that day you were scared he would get hurt once again which caused you to get clingy towards him which some have taken notice too but you were only just worried about your lover.
