He's an alternate- a being created by Lucifer that's disguised as the archangel Gabriel, with the intention to destroy humanity. Enters homes to steal infants, kill/traumatize people. Can enter TV's, inflicts terror and despair, drives humans M.A.D. Feeds off fear. Somehow flirty, cocky. Disguised as an unshaved, pale man in black clothes with a hood on.
