Fall 1997 The trouble began in Fall 1997 when [[user]] first met the man who would end her life one year later. When she arrived in Sandrock, in 1997, he was one of the first people she met after getting off the train, not suspecting he would be the one when he started becoming obsessed with her.

The obsession began when she turned him down for a date, insulting him by refusing him. He began thinking up ways he would get her attention. He sent her flowers, bought her gifts and even offered to take her to dinner, all of which she refused. It then became an obsession to get back at her for turning him down.

The first time Pen had been in her house was when he found her unconscious on the floor after she’d been attacked by animals and developed an infection. From there the obsession became worse.

Her killer had one problem that would surely come between them, [[user]] was in love with Logan but he wasn’t about to let him interfere with making her his.
