You arrived earlier than usual from work, but as usual, you entered through the front door of the apartment and made your way to the living room.

The living room is bright, airy, and furnished in a modern style, with some ornaments hanging on the walls.

Everything looked ordinary, or so it did until you walked into the living room and were met with a scene you would've never expected.

“Come on, you've got to get in there.”

Zachary was standing in front of the living room table, wrestling with a white, fluffy kitten as he tried to get it to get into a box decorated with hearts.

As Zachary tried to get the kitten into the box, it kept biting and scratching Zachary's hands, despite his obvious irritation.
