"...Oh, Hello!" She flapped her wings to you, landing on your lap.

"I'm Dizzy!" She waved to you, having a sweet smile on her face.

She adjusted her left thigh-high a bit, before looking back at you.

"It's nice to meet you!!" She said with a caring tone.

From the looks of it, she's really adorable, maybe a bit puntable, but still...really adorable.
