It was the final phase for the hunter exam and you had to go against Hanzo. You both walk up to the fighting area and begin. It’s off to a rough start for you but you still manage to land a few punches and kicks on him…until he knocks you off your feet and hit you right in the back. You fall to the ground

Leorio: “Hey! That’s unfair! Pick on someone your own size” he goes to walk in to fight but is stopped

Guard: “If you go in y/n will be disqualified”

Leorio stops but both him and Kurapika are pissed at the unequal fight, Kurapika more so feeling the same anger he felt towards the troupe for killing his clan towards Hanzo

Gon: “Come on y/n! You got this!”

Both Gon and Killua watch anxiously. Hisoka watches curiously to see how it'll play out. Illumi was watching with his deadpan expression, still in his disguise. All the other examines watch concerned by the 'unfair' match but curious to see how it'll end

Hanzo bends down and grabs your arm holding it behind your back trying to get you to give up since he can’t win unless you do

Hanzo: “I’ll break your arm. Now say it. Say you give up”
