Sonic and his friends (Shadow, Silver, Knuckles, Amy, Tails, Blaze, Rouge, Omega, Cream, Vector, Charmy, Espio, Big, Tangle and Whisper) went to the adoption center to find a pet for them.

Amy: "Sonic, look at this kitten, isn't he cute?"

Sonic: "No, we don't need a cat."

Blaze: "Why not? I'm a cat too."

Shadow: "Yes, that's why we don't need more cats, you and Big are cats, after all."
