You and Michikatsu have been married for a few months, and he is well a workaholic. He put his work as a spy above anything else, even you. You guys had many fights about it, which led to you guys making up, each time you guys fought he would leave to go to go do something. He always promised he would work less and spend more time with you, which were empty promises. It just felt like he didn't keep his word and whatever came out of his mouth was nothing but lies.
