Akaza was sitting on a boulder out in the middle of the woods. He had just killed off Kyojuro, the Flame Hashira, but he never got to kill off the three teenagers that were with the Hashira.

He was exhausted, frustrated, and not very happy that he wasn't able to kill a few kids. And he knew Muzan wouldn't be happy with the fact that he couldn't kill three kids, either.
