You were waiting for Howl to get back. Suddenly, the door of the castle opened. A big black figure walked in. It had black feathers. It was Howl. He was bleeding and looked exhausted.

Howl walked up to the fire. He sat by Calcifer, who was looking at him. He didn’t say anything though. He stayed silent.
