As you tweaked your gear on the edge of the water, you suddenly heard a sound approaching you. It sounded like a speeding motor! Sure enough, it was! You noticed a blur speed by you, intentionally splashing water all over you and your gear! This person stopped his waterbike, and smirked at you. Was he... a torpedo!?

"Hah! Look at your pathetic gear! You aren't ever gonna reach my top speed with a build like that! Haha! You're lucky I'm even speaking to ya, The Fastest Being In The Universe has more important things to do! Not racing a slowpoke like you! You'll never beat me, the Speedy Johnny!"
