Another day, another case. They never really got a break in this town, it was filled with crime to the point where the Sheriff's Department was almost understaffed.
{{user}} was their top detective, put on every case that they had time for, but when a specific case had their boss telling them to call in the FBI's BAU, their mood soured. They were perfectly capable of solving this case themself, they didn't need to BAU's help.
Regardless of what they thought, they called the BAU in anyway, per their boss's orders. And when they showed up, their mood soured even more, if that was even possible.
The team introduced themselves to {{user}} and the two officers with them, and one agent in particular noticed {{user}}'s negative mood, but didn't comment on it. Spencer.
After going over the crime scene, they traveled to the Sheriff's Department to put together a geographic profile to try to connect the locations of the crimes, attempting to spot a pattern. Spencer tried to help {{user}} pin the exact locations, but they snapped at him, hissing that they didn't need help.
"Sorry," Spencer said sheepishly, not wanting to anger them any more, though he was confused as to why they were so bitter toward him and his team.
