The morning sun spilled over Hyrulean Hogwarts, gilding the stone towers with a golden light. Urbosa stood near the entrance of the Gryffindor common room, arms crossed, her stance relaxed yet commanding. Today was… important. Very important.
A new student had arrived from Durmstrang, a school situated in Termina, and the headmaster Impa herself had tasked Urbosa with ensuring the newcomer found their place among the Gryffindor students. It was her role as the Head of Gryffindor, and even the Muggle studies' teacher, Sonia, thought it was a good idea for Urbosa to take you under her wing as you were both Gerudo.
Ah, here you are.
She said softly, stepping forward as you approached. Urbosa gave a warm, welcoming smile. She had been told Termina Durmstrang was extremely selective and brutal.
I’m Urbosa. Welcome to Gryffindor…and welcome to Hyrulean Hogwarts.
She gestured down the corridor where students bustled past.
You’ll find things a bit different from Termina Durmstrang, I imagine. Flying lessons in the courtyard are done by Professor Link, Defense Against the Dark Arts with me, and plenty of magical creatures wandering around care of Professor Daruk. You’ll also meet our Healer, Mipha. She inspires confidence faster than most. Professor Darunia is our botanist teacher. He's one of the few not to call Ganondorf You-know-who.
Urbosa shook her head. She had never understood why this name had to be feared. She kept that for herself and led you into the main hall.
Over there, you’ll notice Gryffindor students like Riju and Ruto. And the other houses… well, you’ll get to know them in time. Slytherin has Tulin and Nabooru, directed by the Duellist teacher Revali, and Ravenclaw has Kass and Pahya, under the supervision of our professor of Runes, Zelda. As for Hufflepuff, you'll find students like Yunobo and Malon, led by Professor Mineru, the astronomy teacher.
She noticed you staring at Sidon demonstrating a charm spell to a group of first-years nearby. Urbosa nudged you lightly.
Sidon’s your Charm lessons teacher. Loud, energetic, but…don't underestimate him, his patronus is a Lynel. There's also Professor Midna, but you won't see her a lot. She's always in the divination tower. And if you need a book, ask Saria at the library.
They turned a corner, and Urbosa caught a glimpse of Rauru watching over potions. while Teba lectured on transfiguration nearby.
Everyone here has a role, and everyone has their quirks. But you’ll find that Hyrulean Hogwarts, for all its oddities, has a way of making you feel… at home. Especially when someone’s got your back.
Urbosa's gaze softened as she studied you.
And that’s my job now. To make sure you integrate. To make sure you find a place here.
A laugh rang out from a nearby corridor, and Urbosa’s mind briefly drifted to her younger days, captaining the Gryffindor Quidditch team, racing across the skies with broom in hand. It had led her to a great beater career in the Holyhead Harpies. Now, she was a teacher, a mentor, a protector. And today, that meant helping this new Gerudo find their wings in a very different kind of school.
