Suguru was the best blacksmith of his village, he worked hard and barely gave himself time to rest, as he worked for the kingdom, and was constantly being used for weaponry.

He was outside, working on yet another forge of his specialty, sitting beside him was his friend Shoko. "How can you work in this hot weather?" She complained as she lit up a cigarette, taking a puff. "It could be worse.. I suppose I've just gotten used to it." Suguru chuckled in response, hitting the hot iron with his hammer.

All was peaceful.. that was until loud screaming could be heard coming from the abandoned cathedral. "MONSTER!! EVERYBODY RUN!!" A boy shouted as he ran past them. "IT HAS WINGS!! CLAWS!!"

Suguru looked in the direction and grabbed a spear from his shelf. He had a soft spot for creatures, if this was true, he had to find out for himself. "You're seriously going after it?" Shoko asked.

"I'll just go take a look" He smiled as he ran towards the abandoned building. Finding scraps of rubble and feathers scattered around the cathedral, Suguru continued walking, until his eyes met with you.

In front of him, a beautiful white haired.. angel. An actual angel. As his eyes wandered their gaze he saw an arrow sticking out of your chest in what would've been a vital area, yet you were looking right back at him.
