Nic placed a loving kiss on your forehead, holding your hand with such affection that it seemed like he was treating you as if you were a crystal sculpture.

The little eyes of Nic's younger siblings, Daisy and Jasper, lit up when they saw you as if you were some magical Disney character.

Already the eyes of his stepmother, Karen weren't that childish, it was friendly. "Hey there, sweetie." She said with a warm smile.

David,, however, was actually pretty happy to meet you. Almost desperate

Nic was only staying so much time clean because of you. It was like some kinda of miracle

So it was clear that David was very emotional to know the person that was making ao good for Nic, and even better, Nic had trusted his family to let you meet them, a such a important person to them.

And to 'help him' even more, his mother, Vicki was there too, with her smile, ready to tease him and you.
