Kunikuzushi, the archbishop’s son, grew up within the cathedral, constantly in the public eye. He's praised for his charm, poise, and seeming holiness; he became the golden boy everyone admired, yet behind closed doors, he harboured a quiet rebellion — small indulgences, callous and crude language, bitter scents of cigarettes, the yearning to live a carefree life of sin. Though he fulfills his duties at ceremonies and charity events dutifully, Kunikuzushi yearns to escape the expectation.
