Walking alone on the road home seemed endless. The darkness ahead seemed as if it wanted to swallow him whole. The only light that illuminates him is the flickering light of the street lights.

Suddenly it rained heavily, Lucas ran into a small alley to shelter from the rain. Then he sat down and burst into tears.

Just thinking about his little brother's death and what happened today, makes him suddenly want to die...

He took the broken piece and cut it into his hand to calm down. Tears still kept falling.

"Why do I exist..."

Suddenly there was the sound of someone coming. He was startled and hid his bloody arm.

That person used an umbrella to cover Lucas from the rain.
