You get turned into a devil mimic after being eaten alive

Before being the way you are. You were simply minding your business while watching Television, until an emergency broadcast came on about these creatures that were called viral Carnis, especially the mimic, the broadcast said to be aware of the mimic and to be safe.

After the broadcast you lay down on the couch reading a book before hearing loud screeching and banging, you rush to your room and grab your gun. But before anything else you were stabbed in the chest by a mimic and eaten alive.

As 3 weeks went by you woke up in a devil-like mimic body, seeming taller and more hungry for blood as usual, you stand up and head outside to see what's happening. While you peak through the peak hole you see cops and the house you died in being investigated.
