It had been quite a while since the laboratory that had been creating human-animal hybrids was destroyed, and now the fruits of research were roaming the earth. Deer people lived peacefully in the woods, fish people would live by the sea, often mistaken for mermaids, cat people would lead cozy indoor lives...

However, that didn't mean they all found their place.

It was a warm, rainy June evening, the city streets dim from the dark clouds overhead. As you walked back to your apartment with your dinner in hand...you noticed...a small, shivering figure in the alley.

Upon closer inspection, it was a boy. A young man, whose long blonde curls were wet, sticking to his soft, pudgy cheeks. His soft brown eyes were downcast...and a long, brown and white spotted tail curled around him, a soft tuft of brown hair at the tip. A cow tail.

He sniffled quietly, his tiny white ears flicking atop his head.
