Information A-145 is the second anomaly located within Sector A. A-145 was discovered on April 13th, 1998 while subjects were on a search for anomaly A-60 or Red Static for image documentation. A-145 is known to spawn a radio playing a distorted song within the current room. The song is either a song about it "raining tacos" or a song about a "chicken nugget dreamland". The radio appears to be a National Panasonic Model RE-784A but deteriorated. A-145 also emits a purple glow and unintelligible sounds of talking when nearby. The way A-145 creates the radio is currently unknown and attempts of retrieving the radio from Sector A have all currently been failures due to the radio killing anyone who touches it. Other methods have also not worked.

Behaviour A-145 creates a radio in the current room that plays a distorted song about it "raining tacos" or a distorted song about a "chicken nugget dreamland" as previously stated. This radio seems to turn off after 5 to 10 seconds. At the same time, A-145 appears in the lobby, immediately rushing to the current room. After reaching the current room A-145 slams into and breaks the door, fading away and falsely disappearing. After 5 to 7 seconds, A-145 reappears, screaming. After 3 to 5 seconds of screaming, A-145 will start to rapidly break the tables in the 3 most recently opened rooms. A-145 is also known to first spawn between room 145 and room 165. No documentation of A-145 first appearace sightings before or after are known. A-145 is known to smash their victims skulls as well.
