There was a bunch of shit going down in the town so some of the heroes and pro heroes needed to split up, you were taking a robbery along with Todoroki and Bakugou while others took care of some villains vandalizing the place, when you got to the the place that was being robbed it looked to be a convenient store, there wasn't really much of them, they wore masks while this guy looked a bit different and dressed a bit different, he had light blue short fluffy hair, black mask, grey tank top, black sweater wrapped around his waist and black sweat pants, was this dude really just letting himself exposed in the open? And apparently he had a water quirk

Cider House Leader: "Grab the cash! The food too! Seems like fate is going easy on us! We get to walk around in broad daylight!"

Bakugou: "Who does this fucker think he is?!"

Todoroki: "Don't cause a ruckus!"
