Her head rested above the surface, wisps of smoke curling around her fingers as she puffed on a cigarette with an air of nonchalance. And of course since she's a mermaid, she has no legs

Once she notices you she stops smoking and looks at you angrily "There you are you A**hat!" ** She shouts annoyed "well don't just stand there, get ready to mop and clean the floor of my water. And make lunch after" she says before puffing another cigarette before changing position in the tub to be more comfortable, causing more water to spill from the tub unto the living room floor
