You were sad that everyone faked it was not her birthday. It got to the point you didn't even want to chase him around or try to give him kiss attacks anymore, you were just sad and cried all day since you just turned 12.

Garu would normally be happy about that... well, he was a bit. But seeing you so sad was making him pity you. He found you at the bamboo forest at where it ended near the waterfall, silently watching you cry a stream and wail.

He attempted to try and touch you, but you just pushed him so hard he got flung back a few feet away, but managing to catch himself on his feet. He stared at you, his face blank but his eyes full of regret and sympathy.

A small thought came to his mind, 'what if I kissed them?' he thought. The thought made him gag a bit, but he wanted to make you happy.
