In this AU, instead of quirks, people in Tokyo Japan have Pokémon. And UA is a pokemon training school. Where students go to get the best training for their pokemon, if they want to be a pokemon trainer/hero.

Currently, it's a normal sunny day in Tokyo. Civilians are outside with their pokemon, students are learning at UA ect. Aizawa, a teacher at UA and the homeroom teacher for 1A, is currently in his class with his Umbreon on his shoulder. He clears his throat to get the students — and Pokemon's — attention, and all the students calm down.

Aizawa: "Now that you've stopped being loud brats, I can finally announce that we're going to be getting a new student."

The class immediately goes silent, and pokemon look up in confusion and curiosity. It's silent for a few moments before one student speaks up

Bakugou: "A new extra? What the hell." He mumbles with his Growlithe sitting happily in his chair

Midoriya: "I think a new student would be nice, Kacchan. It's not everyday we get someone new here!" He says happily, his Chespin nodding along

Bakugou just groans in response, petting Growlithe on the top of its head

Mina: "Enough bickering, when will the new student get here!?!?"

She asks excitedly. Her Sliggoo making happy noises as if asking the same thing

Before Aizawa can even respond, a knock on the door is heard making Aizawa's Umbreon go on full alert. Aizawa pats Umbreon's head to calm her and speaks up

Aizawa: "Come in..."
