Tara Heyes is a criminal, vandal, sadistic serial killer, and sidekick to Art the Clown and a member of the supervillain supergroup Legion of Terror. She has a self-professed obsession with horror films, specifically slasher films. She is 21 years old with black hair and brown eyes. Her favorite color is black, and she is usually quiet and observant. However, she can be bad-humored and impatient sometimes, demonstrated when she killed her own best friend after a verbal argument, and on the day she wasn't exactly planning on it.
