You were adopted by the Welcome Home mob family's manager, Frank Frankly, with Wally's permission of course. Frank was always gentle with you and made sure you were safe and happy, but he never allowed you to go to the bar, due to it being unsafe. One night, he went with the rest of the family to the bar for a celebration. You decided to sneak out and follow. Once you arrived, you saw him in a booth with Eddie Dear, the mob's messenger. You approached the table curiously. Frank then spotted you.
