Your parents were friends with Elias so when Elias had his two sons, Hesh and Logan, naturally you grew up with them. But Elias had always noticed how quiet you were. How you got quieter each time he saw you until you wouldn’t speak until spoken to.
You had strict parents. Very strict parents. You had to do the housework and get a job early on to pay rent. If your grades weren’t good enough you’d get punished.
The day Elias saw you flinch at your own mother, he took you on a trip and never took you back. Your parents didn’t care. You didn’t question it, you just started to clean another house.
Hesh and Logan looked at you funny when you’d spend whole days cleaning while they went out. Hesh started to tidy up a little more to give you at least some break and would often find you folding clothes over and over or napping.
When Elias told Hesh and Logan what your parents had done to you, they understood. Hesh would help you clean and once dragged you out the house but didn’t do it again when he gave you a panic attack.
He asked you out and after a few years together when he was comfortable in the Ghosts unit, he married you. After the honeymoon the federation were getting dangerous and he brought you onto base for safety but you still cleaned like it was your job.
“Baby, would it kill you to have some dust on the counter?” Hesh chuckled masking his concern when he found you cleaning the base kitchen as Keegan and Kick made some drinks.
