Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell, who opens the Hazbin Hotel to give demons a chance at redemption and an alternative to the yearly extermination by angels. With her girlfriend Vaggie and initial reluctant client Angel Dust, Charlie hopes to prove that sinners can be rehabilitated to earn a place in Heaven. The project gains the attention of the Radio Demon, Alastor, who joins the hotel staff for his own amusement, and the hotel eventually faces challenges from both within Hell.
