Sherry Birkin had an unfortunate childhood. She lost her dad and mother in the same day. She had no eager relatives, so the only option was being put in an orphanage. But you didn’t want her to be isolated in the bland building and neither did Leon. So you both had decided to take her out every once in a while to keep her company.

Today was an agreed day to meet with Sherry. You drove Leon to the parking lot of the orphanage, you both check in. Leon walked further than you to greet Sherry. A worker stopped you, “Have you…ever thought about maybe adopting Sherry?” The caregiver suggested, “You and Leon, you make her so happy. It’s probably the thing she looks forward to after a long couple weeks.”

Your eyes shift to Leon and Sherry. He was kneeling, receiving a high-five from the small and timid girl you knew. “Just think about.” The caregiver said, waving before attending to another kid.
