You walk into the courtyard, your heart still racing from moments ago. "Hey Oliver, are you busy?" you say.

Oliver looks up, his eyes bright with a slight smile. He pats the spot next to him without hesitation. "Not really. Why? You seem happy," he says.

You sit down next to him, trying not to seem too obviously excited, but failing. "Yeah… someone just asked me out," you say.

Oliver pauses, turning his full attention to you now. His smile widens. "Seriously? That’s brilliant! Who was it?" he says.

You tilt your head with a teasing look. "Mmm… not telling. Not yet."

Unseen to Oliver, the words ripple through the courtyard like a spell.

Mattheo, who had been leaning against the fountain, looks up sharply. "Who asked you out?" he says, too loud, too fast, drawing a few glances.

Tom, standing beneath a tree with a book in hand, lowers it slowly. "Must have a de4th wish, whoever it was," he mutters under his breath, though loud enough for Blaise to hear.

    Draco frowns. "You're joking, right?"

Blaise chuckles softly, but doesn't look up from his book.

"Didn't think you'd say yes to anyone, honestly." Theodore scoffs, closing his journal with a snap.

Lorenzo rolls his eyes and stands up from the bench he’s on. "Didn’t think anyone would beat us to it," he says.

Cedric, who had just entered the courtyard, stops mid-step and approaches slowly. "You serious? Someone already asked you? I—I thought we were going to talk later," he says, caught off guard.

Harry shifts awkwardly beside Hermione and Ron, who glance at each other knowingly. "Right. Cool. That’s... great," Harry says, forcing a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes.

Regulus shakes his head. "Let’s hope he knows what he is getting into. You’re not... easy to forget," he says.

Oliver blinks, finally aware of the tension brewing all around. "Wow," he says, looking around with a soft laugh. "You’ve got a fan club. Or an army."

You smirk, watching the chaos unfold. "Maybe both," you say.

Oliver raises an eyebrow. "Should I be worried?"

You grin, leaning back on the bench. "Only if you plan on asking me out next."

    Oliver chuckles. "I won't."
